We are looking for a trustworthy and hardworking Office Cleaner / Office Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of a small office environment while also assisting staff with basic office support duties. The ideal candidate should have previous cleaning experience, be presentable, and willing to assist with pantry, guest service, and simple administrative tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:Cleaning Duties
Clean and maintain office areas, workstations, pantry, and washrooms
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitise office premises
Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly
Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Pantry & Guest Service
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for senior staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pantry area
Monitor pantry and cleaning supplies and report shortages
Office Support Duties
Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling
Welcome visitors and inform relevant staff upon arrival
Assist with basic reception duties when required
Support general office tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Previous experience in office cleaning or housekeeping
Basic understanding of office support duties
Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
Honest, reliable, and punctual
Basic communication skills in English
