Do you have a background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering? AI is quickly learning how to design circuits, troubleshoot hardware, and explain how electronic devices work. At TELUS Digital, we need people who understand components and electricity to make sure the AI isn't just "guessing." You don’t need to be a software developer—you just need to use your engineering knowledge to ensure the AI's diagrams and technical advice are safe and correct.
Key Responsibilities:
Circuit Diagram Review: Look at simple schematics generated by the AI and make sure the components (resistors, capacitors, transistors) are connected in a way that actually works.
Component Fact-Checking: Verify that the AI is using the correct specifications for parts, such as voltage ratings, pin configurations, or power requirements.
Troubleshooting Logic: Read the AI's advice on how to fix a broken device and make sure the steps are logical and follow standard safety practices.
Simplifying Technical Specs: Take complex data sheets or manuals and help the AI summarize them so they are easier for hobbyists or students to understand.
Qualification path
Mandatory Qualifications:
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language. We need you to know the local technical terms and symbols used in your region.
English Proficiency: Basic (B1) English to understand the project instructions and labels.
Technical Eye: You are comfortable reading circuit diagrams and understanding how current flows through a system.
Assessment:
In order to be hired into our community, you’ll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.
