We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in the Building Materials industry within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling sales to construction projects, contractors, and building material suppliers/dealers.
Candidates with an existing network in the construction and building materials sector will be highly preferred.
Key Industry : Gypsum Fit out + Other
Age Limit : 25-40 Years
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project procurement teams, consultants, and building material suppliers.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell building material products to ongoing and upcoming projects.
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and payment collections.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new potential customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Building Materials industry in Saudi Arabia/GCC.
Proven experience dealing with construction projects and building material trading companies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Language to be known : English, Arabic
Regional Indian Languages : Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil
