A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Admin for its Collection Division
Administrative Duties:
• Daily creation and submission of collection reports
• Responsible for the up to date records of monthly collection
• Ensuring the timely payment through rental reminder and follow up via email, phone call, and SMS
• Managing phone and email correspondence with tenants, owners, and other Departments
• Filing and safekeeping of documents
• Preparation of Statement Of Accounts
• Proper use of ERP tools for timely record of each tower
Experience/skill set should include:
• 2-3 years working experience as Admin. Fresher’s also welcomed
• Exceptional computer and Software usage skills – MS Office and ERP system
• Good Command in English & knowledge of customer service
• Strong ability to work independently
• Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures and etiquette
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
