The Role: As our Lead Barista, you will be the backbone of our coffee quality and customer experience. You will oversee daily bar operations, maintain strict quality control, and help mentor junior staff to elevate our entire team's skills.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 8 years of working in high-volume, specialty coffee environments.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of espresso extraction variables, milk texturing, flawless advanced latte art, and manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, etc.).Operational Skills: Deep understanding of grinding equipment calibration, machine maintenance, workflow optimization, and inventory management.
Leadership: A positive attitude with the ability to train team members and handle peak rush hours with grace and efficiency.
