Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically capable Technical Program Manager / Project Manager to lead and manage technology-focused projects and cross-functional technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and project delivery skills with hands-on experience managing software, infrastructure, networking, systems integration, or enterprise IT projects.

This role requires someone who can coordinate between engineering teams, management, clients, and vendors while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Program Management

Lead end-to-end execution of technical and IT-related projects from initiation to delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
Develop project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and execution strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Identify risks, delays, and technical challenges and implement corrective actions.

Technical Team Leadership:

Lead and coordinate technical teams including developers, engineers, IT support staff, infrastructure specialists, and system integrators.
Ensure proper task allocation, productivity tracking, and team performance management.
Support troubleshooting, technical issue resolution, and escalation management.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination:

Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout project lifecycles.
Conduct project meetings, sprint reviews, follow-ups, and progress discussions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for leadership.

Process & Delivery Excellence

Ensure compliance with company standards, technical requirements, and quality expectations.
Improve project management processes, reporting systems, and operational workflows.
Utilize Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies when appropriate.
Maintain complete project documentation, records, and status reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical teams and technology-focused projects.
Proven experience in Technical Program Management, IT Project Management, or Systems Delivery roles.
Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, networking, or enterprise systems.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and client-facing projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or related certifications.
Experience with software implementation, systems integration, cloud infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity projects.
Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Experience working in enterprise technology or digital transformation environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
