Familiar with LMRA, GOSI, SIO, and other government-related HR processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee coordination
Process visa applications, renewals, and other government-related documentation
Support payroll preparation and HR administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain labor regulations
Coordinate with government authorities for HR-related matters
