Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain front desk operations and office coordination
Schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain records, files, and administrative documents
Assist HR and administration team with daily office tasks
Coordinate with government offices and support documentation processes when required
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
