Site Inspections: Conduct daily walkthroughs to inspect scaffolding, ladders,
machinery, and trenches for potential hazards.
Hazard Assessments: Perform Job Safety Analyses (JSA) before high-risk
activities begin to mitigate risks.
Permit Management: Ensure all permits are in place for specialized tasks like
confined space entry or energized work.
Enforcement: Monitor the site to ensure workers are using appropriate PPE and
