Job Purpose
To plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and shutdown activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution with minimum impact on plant operations. The role is responsible for preparing detailed work plans, manpower allocation, material coordination, and shutdown schedules in compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
 Prepare preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance plans and schedules.
 Develop detailed shutdown schedules, manpower plans, and execution strategies.
 Coordinate with operations, maintenance, inspection, and contractors for job execution.
 Review work orders, job scopes, drawings, and technical documents before execution.
 Estimate manpower, tools, materials, and equipment requirements for maintenance activities.
 Ensure material availability and coordinate with procurement/store departments.
 Prepare daily, weekly, and shutdown progress reports.
 Monitor maintenance backlog and prioritize critical activities.
 Track shutdown progress against schedule and recommend corrective actions for delays.
 Maintain maintenance history, records, and planning documentation in CMMS/SAP.
 Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit systems, and company standards.
 Participate in risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and shutdown
