We are looking for a motivated, hardworking person to join our restaurant team and help oversee daily operations and support business development.
This role is suitable for someone who has experience in the restaurant/food industry, understands operations, staff handling, customer service, delivery apps, marketing and wants a real opportunity to grow with a small business.
We are currently running one restaurant and our goal is to improve operations, increase sales, expand into catering, and eventually open another branch once the current branch becomes successful. Our restaurant is currently operating at a loss, but quality and food have a lot of potential for expansion and growth. We would like to improve our numbers and also cater to events in the future.
Responsibilities include:
Managing daily restaurant operations
Improving sales and customer experience
Handling staff coordination and basic reporting
Working on catering and business development opportunities
Supporting delivery app performance and promotions
Helping the owners build systems for growth
We are looking for someone serious, loyal, active, and willing to work hard. This is not a corporate desk job ,we need someone practical, hands-on, and growth-minded.
Salary will depend on experience, value, and capability. Candidates must mention their expected salary when applying.
