Key Responsibilities:
▫ Maintain records of work progress, materials used, and labor.
▫ Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
▫ Train and mentor junior staff to improve skills and productivity.
▫ Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address site requirements.
▫ Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to ensure timely project completion.
▫ Fabricate aluminum products according to specifications and technical drawings.
▫ Operate machines and hand tools safely and efficiently.
▫ Assist with installation of aluminum structures at project sites.
Experience:
▫ Proven experience in aluminum fabrication and site installation.
▫ Strong knowledge of aluminum materials, techniques, and tools.
▫ Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
▫ Salary: 200/- BD & Accommodation
