Job Description:
1. Maintain updated pricing databases, market rates, vendor records, and knowledge of local standards and regulations applicable in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
2. Prepare accurate cost estimations, BOQs, material take-offs, and tender documents for electrical, MEP, automation, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects.
3. Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents for projects related to both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia markets.
4. Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals in accordance with client requirements and project standards.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and evaluate pricing for materials and services.
6. Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and estimation comparisons to ensure competitive and profitable bidding.
7. Review tender documents, RFQs, and project scopes while identifying potential risks, variations, and cost-saving opportunities.
8. Support project execution teams by providing estimation clarifications, material planning, and technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* 2–3 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or proposal preparation
* Knowledge of electrical, MEP, automation, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tender documents
* Familiarity with Pakistan and Saudi Arabia market standards is preferred
* Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
