The candidate must have strong experience in handling site operations, team coordination, subcontractor management, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities across multiple remote locations.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of relevant experience in telecom infrastructure, roadside surveillance systems, ITS systems, weather stations, or related field projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and field activities across multiple project locations
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for telecom towers, weather monitoring systems, and roadside traffic enforcement camera systems
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of field activities
Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, site progress, and material availability
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and company procedures at all sites
Conduct site inspections and resolve field-level technical and operational issues
Prepare site reports, progress updates, work completion records, and documentation
Coordinate logistics, mobilization, permits, and access requirements for field teams and equipment
Support project closeout activities and final handover documentation
Handle client coordination and site-related communications when required
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of field operations and multi-site project management
Experience working in remote site environments within Saudi Arabia
Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously is highly preferred
Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
Valid driving license preferred
Transferable Iqama preferred
