Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Arabic Cook to join our Catering & Hospitality team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in the hotel, catering, or large-scale industrial kitchen industry with strong expertise in traditional Arabic cuisine. The candidate must be capable of handling bulk food production while maintaining authentic taste, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of Arabic dishes including rice, grills, stews, meats, mezze, and traditional specialties
• Ensure authenticity, taste consistency, and high-quality food presentation
• Handle bulk cooking for catering, camps, and institutional requirements
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per HACCP guidelines
• Supervise kitchen assistants and support staff in daily operations
• Plan and execute daily menu production efficiently
• Control portioning, reduce wastage, and manage cost-effective production
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw and cooked food items
• Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams for events and operations
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of kitchen equipment

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in Arabic cuisine (hotel, catering, or industrial kitchen)
• Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic dishes and regional variations
• Experience in bulk cooking and large-scale catering operations
• Diploma or culinary certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills
• Flexible to work shifts and extended hours when required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in camp catering and banquet operations
• Ability to develop Arabic menus for large groups
• Knowledge of cost control and production planning
• Experience in Gulf region kitchens preferred
