A leading construction company is seeking a high-caliber Senior MEP Project Manager to oversee high-value Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects from design review through commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of complex HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and BMS systems.
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and site engineers to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct value engineering and cost control while maintaining international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC).
Liaise with clients and local regulatory authorities for smooth project approvals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in MEP project management (Mega-project experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
