Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor construction and site activities.
Prepare project plans, reports, and technical documents.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues when required.
Manage project timelines and maintain quality control standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
Valid Bahrain Driving License is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
