I have a two rooms flat on third floor (no lift in the building).

Location is between sitteen road and madinah road, near juffali company, back side of shifa poly clinic.

I m living in one room and second one want to rent out which is furnished with bed and cupboard. AC is nicely working.

Flat is on a third floor and also have open air space as big as half of building roof.

Self catering kitchen is available with option of shared meals cooking.

Nearby masjid and restaurants.

Rent to be paid in advance on monthly basis. Rent is inclusive of electricity. Internet facility is not available.

I m from Mumbai India and Indian or Pakistan nationals are welcome with single occupancy.

If you want to stay two people in a room then SR 1,000/- will be total rent. You both can contribute sr 500/- each.
