A single furnished room available in a separate 2-room portion with shared kitchen and toilet.

- 4-Burner Gas Stove
- Refrigerator
- Water Dispenser
Note: Basic utensils are not provided. It’s recommended to bring a few of your own.
Kitchen Policy: Please clean as you cook.
Gas: Shared 20 riyals/month.
Shared Toilet/Bathroom:
- Washing Machine
- Geyser
Policy: Please clean as you leave.
Rent & Charges:
- Rent: SAR 900/month (slightly negotiable)
- Advance Deposit: (500 Refundable + 900 rent to be paid on Day1).
- Electricity: 25% of the total bill
- Car Parking: May be charged separately by Haris, if required
Terms & Requirements:
- Notice Period: 15 days advance notice required before leaving.
- Documents Required: 1 xerox copy of Iqama and 1 copy of employee information at the time of booking.
Preferred Tenant:
A respectful, non-smoking Muslim working male who speaks Hindi/Urdu.
