As a Freelance Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content across various stages of our construction projects. This includes raw structural milestones, active on-site team operations, and pristine, magazine-quality final handovers (interior and exterior). Your imagery will be a cornerstone of our website, social media, award submissions, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Progress Photography: Visit active construction sites to document key milestones, structural developments, and engineering feats.
Architectural & Interior Photography: Capture high-end, beautifully composed images of completed projects, focusing on lighting, angles, materials, and design details.
Lifestyle & Team Shoots: Document our site teams, project managers, and craftsmen in action, capturing the authentic, hard-working human element of our brand.
Drone/Aerial Photography (Highly Preferred): Utilize drone photography to capture sweeping aerial views of large-scale sites, roofing projects, and before-and-after transformations.
Post-Production: Deliver edited, high-resolution digital images with professional color correction, perspective rectification, and minor blemish/debris removal.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all on-site safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, high-visibility vests, and steel-toe boots.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural, interior, or industrial/construction photography.
Equipment: Professional-grade DSLR or mirrorless camera, wide-angle lenses (with minimal distortion), and a stable tripod.
Drone Capability: Valid drone pilot license/registration and equipment for aerial photography (if applicable under local regulations).
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent professional editing suites.
Adaptability: Ability to work in dusty, active, and fast-paced construction environments.
Eye for Detail: An understanding of lines, symmetry, and architectural lighting to make structural elements look visually compelling.
Project Scope & Logistics
Job Type: Freelance / Project-Based / On-Call.
Location: Various project sites across Bahrain / Manama / Muharraq / Zallaq / Riffa.
Deliverables:
A curated selection of 20–30 fully edited, high-resolution digital images per site visit.
All RAW/unedited photograph files from the shoot for company archiving.
All raw, unedited video footage captured during the visit (for future video editing and reel/short creation).
Turnaround time: Within 3–5 business days post-shoot.
Full commercial usage rights for the company’s website, social media, and print marketing.
