✔Key Job Responsibilities
Technical Architects
Develop and review architectural drawings and technical specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements
Manage design coordination for high-rise and hospitality projects
Conduct technical reviews and resolve design issues on-site
Civil Engineers
Supervise construction activities and ensure project quality
Manage structural and civil works execution
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines
Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports
