Core Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed regional or territory sales targets for IVD reagents, consumables, and laboratory equipment.
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new accounts in hospitals, private clinics, research institutions, and commercial diagnostic laboratories.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, product performance, and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Technical Application & Product Demonstration
Product Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and hands-on product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, lab managers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Scientific Alignment: Explain the scientific methodologies, accuracy, and clinical value of IVD assays and instruments.
Evaluations: Conduct on-site product evaluations, validations, and technical assessments to ensure the equipment meets laboratory standards.
Post-Sales Support & Engineering
Installation & Commissioning: Coordinate and assist with the physical installation, site preparation, and initial calibration of diagnostic machines.
User Training: Educate laboratory technicians and clinicians on the safe, proper, and efficient use of IVD systems and software.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide first-line technical support, diagnose instrument faults, and perform routine or preventive maintenance to minimize equipment down
