Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent, floor-focused Fabrication Yard Foreman to oversee our structural steel fabrication and assembly operations in Riyadh. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering shop drawings and floor execution, ensuring high productivity, strict structural tolerances, and a safe working environment.
Core Responsibilities
Floor Management: Supervise, allocate, and monitor daily tasks for a team of fitters, structural multi-welders (MIG/TIG/ARC), and machine operators.
Blueprint Literacy: Read and precisely interpret technical fabrication shop drawings, weld symbols, and nesting layouts.
Material Oversight: Manage structural steel profiles (RHS sections, IPE beams, sheets) to optimize cutting lists and minimize scrap/waste.
Quality Assurance: Verify final dimensional tolerances and joint preparations before components move out of the assembly line.
Shift & Working Conditions
Working Hours: 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Environment: Active workshop floor environment. Midday summer protections are strictly enforced in accordance with national laws.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of verifiable experience in structural steel fabrication or metal assembly yards, with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role.
Technical Skills: Exceptional ability to read complex fabrication blueprints, structural drawings, and symbols. Hands-on experience with steel bending, cutting, and welding parameters is required.
Location: Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are highly preferred.
Languages: English (required); or Hindi/Urdu is a strong advantage for team communication.

Gross Package: Competitive salary based on technical evaluation (Basic Salary + Fixed Overtime Allowance).
