Job Overview : Waitress
A waitress acts as the main link between the kitchen and the guests. The goal is to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
• Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, show them to tables, and hand out menus.
• Taking Orders: Answer menu questions, suggest specials, and write down food and drink orders correctly.
• Serving Orders: Bring food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to the right tables in a timely way.
• Customer Care: Check on guests during the meal to see if they need anything or have complaints.
• Payments: Prepare bills, process cash or card payments, and return change.
• Maintenance: Clear dirty plates, wipe tables, roll silverware, and reset stations
What We're Looking For
1. Minimum 1–2 years experience
2. Team player & hardworking
3. Able to work flexible shifts
4. Attention to hygiene & quality
5. Residing in Bahrain with Transferable visa
6. Nationality : Philippines
