Commi (Seafood Cuisine Experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the ingredients (measuring, peeling, chopping, and mixing) according to recipe specifications.
- Support senior chefs during service, ensuring the necessary tools and prepped ingredients readily available.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to follow instructions and support the wider kitchen brigade.
Salary: 160-220BHD (depends upon discussion)
