Urgently, we are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant with Office Admin skills to manage daily accounting tasks, VAT filling, Balance Sheet and Audit Report etc.. and support office, HR & Administration operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and book-keeping, Prepare invoices, payments, and expense reports
Manage office documentation and proper filing, Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence, Assist with payroll and HR tasks Coordinate daily office administrative activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in accounting and office administration, Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or similar)
Good communication and organizational skills, Ability to work independently
