Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Overall Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
Specialized Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Administration / Management Secretary role.
Industry Background: Essential experience working with Contracting Companies involved in Saudi Aramco Projects.
Status: Must possess a Transferable Iqama.
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Core Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the operations and project management teams.
Manage, organize, and track operational documentation, correspondence, and reports in line with Saudi Aramco project standards.
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communication between site offices, management, and clients.
Ensure smooth daily office operations and efficient data management.
