A 16.5 feet x 14 feet room, with clean bathroom inside the room for 2 people use only. Kitchen not available. Brand new Bed and Matress will be provided upon check-in. 3 month payment of SAR 3000 only, not refundable, to be done in advance (electricity bill will be included in this payment). Followed by payment of 3000 SAR for 3 months basis, if want to extend.
If you have a problem of snooring or have contagious disease like hepatitis or HIV etc, please avoid contacting. If found later, the candidate will be responsible for consequences. Maintaining Discipline and respecting room mates rights is mandatory. Any form of light will not remain turned on after 12:00 am. Guests are not allowed, to avoid over crowding. Mandatory to inform 3 month prier if wants to check out/relocate.
