Throughout my career, I have worked on several residential and institutional projects, including the Sidra Project Riyadh, Art and Science College (Extension Building -04 Block C Najran University), and Gulberg Greens Housing Society Villas Project. I have strong experience in site quality inspections, concrete and material testing, rebar inspection, finishing works inspection, QA/QC documentation, and preparation of Inspection Requests (IRs), NCRs, ITPs, and quality reports.
I am experienced in monitoring construction activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring all works comply with project specifications and quality procedures. My experience also includes inspection of plaster works, block setting out, screed strips, waterproofing, painting works, tile installation, and wet area leakage testing. I am committed to maintaining high-quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
