Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure, DevSecOps, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and AI workload integration.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Define and implement secure landing zones and hybrid CI/CD pipeline standards.
✅ Support Data and AI teams by developing reusable deployment and automation patterns.
✅ Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and performance using FinOps best practices.
✅ Manage DevSecOps processes, including SAST, DAST, SCA, and automated secrets management.
✅ Coordinate with architects and infrastructure teams for secure on-premise integrations.
✅ Design and maintain scalable CI/CD and Data/AI platform architectures.
✅ Implement reliability engineering practices, including SLOs, SLIs, monitoring, and resilience testing.
✅ Establish end-to-end observability across cloud and on-premise environments.
✅ Integrate AI pipelines and datasets into DevSecOps workflows.
✅ Promote automation, quality assurance, and engineering best practices.
Required Technical Skills
✔ Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Kustomize.
✔ Experience with GitOps and DevSecOps methodologies.
✔ Hands-on experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, Harbor, Artifactory, and related tools.
✔ Advanced knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet.
✔ Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go programming languages.
✔ Experience with secure software supply chain tools, including SBOM, image signing, and OPA/Gatekeeper.
✔ Strong understanding of PKI, mTLS, Secrets Management, and RBAC.
✔ Experience managing GPU resources and NVIDIA device plugins for AI workloads.
✔ Experience working in highly secure, on-premise, or air-gapped environments.

Qualifications
