We are looking for a qualified and certified mechanical crew for a short-term bolting and assembly operation at a port facility in the Yanbu Industrial area. The work involves precision torque-tightening of large-diameter bolts on industrial equipment.
CREW REQUIRED:
- Site Supervisor / Mechanical Engineer
- Senior Mechanical Technicians (×2)
- Assistant Technician (×1)
EQUIPMENT MUST BE PROVIDED BY CREW:
- Hydraulic Torque Wrench System — 65 mm socket, capacity ≥ 6,000 N·m, with valid calibration certificate
- Hydraulic pump (compatible with above)
- Forklift (3-ton rated) or suitable chain hoist
- Small portable generator
- All necessary hand tools and PPE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in bolt torquing on industrial / power generation equipment
- Experience with M42+ bolts, high-torque hydraulic systems
- Valid certifications — torque technician / mechanical trade certificates
- Calibration certificate for torque equipment (traceable to national/international standards)
- Ability to prepare and deliver an official Torquing Report (signed & stamped)
- HSEC awareness — site safety compliance required
- Available 1–15 June 2026 (exact date subject to equipment arrival)
SCOPE IN BRIEF:
Assembly and torque-tightening of bolts (M42 / Grade 10.9 / DIN 931) on multiple units of heavy industrial equipment at a port facility. Duration: 3 working days. Full scope details will be shared upon shortlisting.
