We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to join our F&B operations team in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B industry
Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and cost analysis
Ability to monitor purchases, wastage, stock movement, and monthly reports
Good coordination with kitchen, finance, and operations teams
Strong Excel and reporting skills
