We are looking for a talented Sous Chef specialized in Persian/Iranian cuisine to join our fine dining restaurant team.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Persian/Iranian cuisine
Previous experience in fine dining or high-quality restaurant operations
Ability to support menu preparation, kitchen operations, and team supervision
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, presentation, and kitchen standards
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred
