HR Officer is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and company policies.

Main Responsibilities

* Handle recruitment and interview coordination
* Maintain employee records and HR documents
* Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support
* Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
* Prepare HR letters, contracts, and reports
* Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed
* Coordinate employee performance evaluations
* Handle staff complaints and HR-related issues
* Support visa, iqama, and employee documentation processes (in Saudi Arabia)

Skills Required

* Good communication skills
* Computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
* Knowledge of HR systems and documentation
* Organizational and multitasking ability
* Teamwork and problem-solving skills

Qualification

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
* Knowledge of Saudi labor law is an advantage

Preferred in Saudi Arabia

* Transferable iqama
* English communication skills
* Experience in recruitment or administration
