· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional bakery setting
· Must know how to make cakes, cookies, and brownies from scratch
· Handwriting skill required – ability to write neatly on cakes (e.g., icing messages, labels)
· Able to follow recipes and maintain quality & hygiene standards
