Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Manage appointments, meetings, and office schedules
Assist in HR and administrative tasks when required
Handle government-related documentation and follow-up processes
Ensure proper front office operations and office organization
Requirements
Locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Previous experience in front office, administration, or receptionist role
Knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
