We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Collections Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative and collections-related tasks, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government processes.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and collections
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and account statements
Coordinate with the accounts and admin departments for payment updates
Prepare collection reports and maintain documentation
Handle administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
Communicate professionally with clients regarding payment status
Assist with government-related documentation and processing when required
Ensure proper maintenance of office and client records
Requirements
Locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Previous experience in collections, administration, or customer service
Knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government processes is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
