Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell PPE and safety products to corporate and industrial clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in PPE and safety materials sales.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and industrial PPE products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Nationality Required: Indian Only
