Key Responsibilities

6. Maintain accurate records in the management system.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience (automotive preferred).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
4. Basic knowledge of auto body repairs is a plus.
5. Proficient in MS Office and service software.
