Application For NDT Coordinator NDT Level II Certified

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination with site welding inspector for joints selected for NDT (UT, RT,
MT, PT, VT).
• Coordination with site construction team to trace, mark, and prepare joints
for inspection.
• Evaluation and monitoring of NDT backlog — a backlog exists when
inspection results are not received within the required timeline after joint
weld visual acceptance.
• NDT backlog shall be counted from the date of welding completion.
• Coordination with subcontractors and NDT service providers to arrange
qualified technicians for daily inspection activities.
• Increase NDT crew when backlog rises, in order to reduce delays and
ensure project progress.
• Coordination with subcontractor’s NDT coordinator to prepare and review
NDT assessments and reports.
Achievements:
➢ Successfully supported timely completion of NDT documentation for
multiple projects, ensuring zero delays in reporting.
➢ Assisted in implementing improved document control procedures, which
increased efficiency by reducing errors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Coordinate and schedule NDT inspections as per project requirements.
➢ Maintain and update all NDT-related documentation and records.
➢ Support the preparation and submission of NDT reports to clients and
management.
➢ Communicate effectively with NDT technicians, clients, and inspectors to ensure
smooth workflow.
➢ Use document management systems like Aconex and SharePoint to organize files.

➢ Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 during documentation
processes.
➢ Assist in tracking the progress of NDT activities and prepare progress reports.
➢ Support the NDT team in following safety and technical procedures.

• Competent in accurate documentation, tracking, and processing of project

• Proficient in office procedures with the ability to work collaboratively with
