I am working for an investor who will invest in a running hospital in Chennai for which he is looking for promoters who are qualified medical professionals and willing to pay 1% as their equity.
Currently he has a site near Chennai and if the promoters are interested in developing the project they must contribute 25% as their equity.
There is one hospital is readily available in Calcutta and the project cost is INR 200 Cr for which the promoters are required to pay 1% as their equity
