Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients
- Support in food plating and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Ensure proper storage of food and kitchen supplies
- Help manage stock and report shortages when needed
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
- Assist during busy hours and support the kitchen team efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Good personal hygiene and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
