• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Marketing
• Candidates having experience in Operations or Sales can also be considered
• Preferred experience from Overseas Recruitment Industry
• Experience in complete sales cycle including deal closing preferred
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Pitching clients and handling business meetings
• Should be able to meet clients face-to-face in the field
• Ability to close large deals independently
• Presentable personality with excellent written & verbal communication skills required
