Requirements:
✅ Malayali preferred
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grocery/supermarket operations
✅ Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
✅ Ability to supervise staff and manage daily store operations
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
✅ Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination is an advantage
✅ Transferable Iqama preferred
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily grocery store operations
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and merchandising
• Monitor product availability and expiry dates
• Lead and motivate store staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and store cleanliness
• Prepare sales and stock reports
