Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support members in achieving their fitness goals
• Conduct gym floor training and assist members with workouts
• Lead group classes, strength training, mobility, flexibility, and cardio sessions
• Create personalized workout plans based on client fitness levels
• Ensure proper use of gym equipment and maintain member safety
• Motivate and encourage members to stay consistent in their fitness journey
• Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming gym environment
Requirements:
• Passionate about fitness and healthy living
• Prior experience as a fitness trainer is preferred
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Knowledge of strength training and functional workouts
• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
• Certification in fitness training is an added advantage
