Key Responsibilities:
• Handle air ticketing, holiday & tour package sales, and hotel bookings
• Assist clients with travel planning and provide excellent customer service
• Manage bookings efficiently using GDS systems
Requirements:
• Experience in travel consultancy is preferred
• Strong knowledge of air ticketing, holiday packages, and hotel reservations
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Galileo / Amadeus preferred)
• Ability to handle clients independently
• Knowledge of visa processes is an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be currently based in Bahrain
