A spacious single room is available in a 3BHK apartment near Badr Hospital Circle, Al Rabea, @ IIIrd floor. We are looking for only Kerala people who are managed with the following details. Currently, the building lift is under maintenance. Kitchen & Washroom shared. Electricity plus is shared equally every month. Many standard restaurants and Tea Shops are available around the apartment. Didn't do maintenance for the Hall, Kitchen, and Washroom, but they are maintained with well cleaning by existing members every week. But rooms are painted and can accommodate only one person in one room due to a single washroom facility. To start immediately for new visa people, it is available AC and other stuffs extra.
Can share the washing machine and Refrigerator also.
