Responsibilities:
Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions
Take care of indoor and outdoor plants (watering, pruning, general maintenance)
Ensure flowers and plants are fresh, healthy, and well-presented
Assist customers with floral selections and plant care advice
Contribute creative ideas for new arrangements, displays, and seasonal designs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Experience as a florist or strong interest in floral design and plant care
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Knowledge of flowers, plants, and basic care techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Open to learning and experimenting with new floral trends and ideas
A portfolio of previous floral work is a must
