Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Male F&B Supervisor to run floor operations during night club hours. You’ll lead the waitress/bartender team, drive sales, control service quality, and ensure guests have a premium nightlife experience while meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all F&B service during club operating hours – table service, bottle service, bar flow.
Lead, train, and motivate waitresses, hostesses, and barbacks to deliver fast, accurate service.
Drive upselling of premium spirits, cocktails, and packages to maximize average check.
Monitor stock levels, bar prep, and coordinate with store/bar for replenishment during service.
Handle guest complaints, VIP requests, and table reservations with professionalism.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain alcohol service laws, hygiene standards, and club SOPs.
Prepare shift reports: sales, voids, comps, inventory variances, staff performance.
Work closely with security, DJs, and management to maintain smooth operations and vibe.
Manage opening/closing checklists, cash-ups, and handover to next shift.
Requirements:
2+ years as F&B Supervisor/Captain in night clubs, bars, or 4/5-star hotels
Strong knowledge of bar operations, bottle service, and cocktail standards
Fluent in English – Hindi/Arabic is an advantage for guest interaction
Target-driven with proven upselling skills and team leadership ability
Able to work 6 nights/week, including weekends & holidays, until late
Well-groomed, confident, and able to handle high-pressure, high-energy environment
Basic computer skills for POS and reporting
