Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and workforce operations
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules and specifications
Manage quality control, safety compliance, and site inspections
Review drawings and project requirements before execution
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status
Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment
Resolve site issues and maintain smooth project execution
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, renovation, or fit-out project supervision
Experience in residential villas, office fit-outs, and commercial building projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driving license preferred
Immediate joining is an advantage
